Create CCALL Softphone accounts

1. Go to the CCALL Softphone admin portal at https://server.ccall.vn/ to register extension accounts.

2. After signing in, go to User management (Quản lý User) → Add new (Thêm mới).

3. Fill in the account details

4. Create an extension for the user. Go to Extension management (Quản lý máy nhánh) → Add new (Thêm mới)

• User: Choose the user account you just created.
• Username: Enter the extension number.
• Domain: Leave the default.
• Password: Enter the extension's password.

When you have filled in the fields above, choose Add new (Thêm mới) to create it.

5. To set an extension online or offline, use the Active/Inactive option on the right.
