Set up a Grandstream IP phone

This guide uses the Grandstream GXP1610 and the CCALL Cloud virtual PBX.

It applies to these phones:

• Grandstream GRP series: GRP2616, GRP2615, GRP2613, 2612(P/W), GRP2614, 2604(P), GRP2603(P), 2602(P/W), 2601(P),...
• Grandstream GXP series: GXP2170, GXP2160, GXP2140, GXP2135, GXP2130 v2, GXP1630, GXP1628, GXP1620, GXP1625, GXP1610, GXP1615, GXP1780, GXP1782,...

1. Log in to the IP phone's web page

• Username: admin
• Default password: admin

2. Click the Account tab → Account 1 → General Settings.

• Account Name: A name for the account; it is shown on the phone's LCD screen
• SIP Server: Enter your PBX domain
• Outbound Proxy: Enter the IP of the CCALL registration server
• SIP User ID: Enter the extension number
• Authenticate ID: Enter the extension number you are registering
• Authenticate Password: Enter the extension's password

3. Click Save and Apply.

4. Click Status → Account Status to check the account. If it registered successfully, SIP Registration shows YES
