Add users and recording access

1. Open the CCALL PBX admin portal at your own address: https://<your-domain>.ccall.vn (for example congtyabc.ccall.vn — it is in your service activation details)

• Username: admin@[your PBX domain]
• Password: Enter your login password

2. In the CCALL PBX admin portal, go to Accounts → User Manager

3. Click the button to create a new account

• Username: A name for the account
• Password: Create a password
• Confirm Password: Enter the password again
• Email: Enter the user's email
• Group: Choose the user's permission group

4. When you are done, the new account appears as shown

5. Next, go to Accounts → Extensions

6. Open the extension whose recordings the user should hear and add that user to it

7. Log in with the new user account, the same way as in step 1 but with its username and password

8. The user can only listen to calls of the extensions assigned to them
