COMMON PROBLEMS IN CCALL SOFTPHONE

1. CCALL shows green but does not receive calls#

Step 1: Check whether CCALL has DND (Do Not Disturb) turned on

If it is on, a red DND label appears above the word CCALL.

Step 2: Turn off DND

Tap the word CCALL on the screen and turn the mode off.

2. CCALL shows red text (cannot make or receive calls)#

Step 1: Go to Settings (Cài đặt) → Account settings (Cài đặt tài khoản) → Edit account (Sửa tài khoản)

Step 2: Tap the circle next to 1xx@xxx.ccall.vn → choose Activate

Step 3: Go back and choose Save (Lưu)

The word CCALL turns green and you can make and receive calls as normal.

Step 4: If it still does not work, reset the app and log in again

Go to Settings (Cài đặt) → Reset app (Đặt lại ứng dụng)

Temporary workaround:

If the app still does not work normally after the steps above, try switching from Wi-Fi to 4G.
