Set up a DQN IP phone

This guide uses the DQN N1 and the CCALL Cloud virtual PBX. It applies to these phones:

• DQN N1 series: N1, N1P,...
• DQN N2 series: N2, N2P,...

1. Log in to the IP phone's web page

• Username: admin
• Default password: admin

2. Click the Account tab to set up the SIP account

• Account: Choose the slot to add the SIP account to
• Account Active: Select Yes
• Label: The name you want shown on the phone's screen
• SIP User ID: Enter the extension number
• Authenticate ID: Enter the extension number you are registering
• Authenticate Password: Enter the extension's password
• Name: The name you want shown on the other party's screen when you call out
• Port: Enter the port of the CCALL registration server

When you are done, click SAVE

3. Go to the Profile tab to set up the registration server

• Primary SIP Server: Enter your PBX domain
• Outbound Proxy: Enter the IP of the CCALL registration server

When you are done, click SAVE

4. Once the details are correct, Account Status shows Registered
